CLCC Team Registration 2026–2027

Registration period: August 1–31
Payment deadline: August 31

Summary: We’re looking forward to welcoming teams back for the 2026–2027 season. Registration opens August 1 and closes August 31, so please take a few moments to review your roster, contact information, applicable fees, banquet attendance, affiliation status, spare availability, and roster booklet details before submitting the registration form.

Registration and Payment Process

  • One team member must complete the online registration form.
  • If you are registering for both days, please submit one form for each day.
  • A minimum of 3 players is required for a team to be considered officially registered.
  • After submitting the form, the skip and/or registrant will receive:
    • Total team fees
    • E‑transfer instructions
    • Payment may be made by any team member.

Team Registration Checklist

Use the checklist below to confirm all team details before completing the registration form.

1. Updated Contact Information

  • Returning members: update contact details only if changed.
  • New members: provide full contact details, including postal code.

2. Floor Improvement Fee

  • CCC fee for major projects, including curling rink floor replacement.
  • Confirm the fee for your league day; Monday and Wednesday fees are listed separately.

3. CLCC Membership Fee

  • $30 per person; required for all members.
  • Supports prize payouts and banquet subsidies.

4. Affiliation Fee

  • Confirm whether each player has paid this fee through another league.
  • If not, the fee must be paid through CLCC.

5. SAGM and Fall Banquet Attendance

  • Wednesday, October 7
  • SAGM: 4:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5:00 p.m.
  • $40 per person; cash bar included.

6. Spare Registration (Optional)

  • Registered players may spare on the alternate curling day at no extra cost.
  • Select “Yes” and list preferred positions on the form.

7. Roster Booklets

  • The digital roster booklet will be emailed at the start of the season.
  • Printed editions will not be produced.

NOTE: If you are a returning member, only provide address information if it has recently changed.
