Team Registration Checklist
Use the checklist below to confirm all team details before completing the registration form.
1. Updated Contact Information
- Returning members: update contact details only if changed.
- New members: provide full contact details, including postal code.
2. Floor Improvement Fee
- CCC fee for major projects, including curling rink floor replacement.
- Confirm the fee for your league day; Monday and Wednesday fees are listed separately.
3. CLCC Membership Fee
- $30 per person; required for all members.
- Supports prize payouts and banquet subsidies.
4. Affiliation Fee
- Confirm whether each player has paid this fee through another league.
- If not, the fee must be paid through CLCC.
5. SAGM and Fall Banquet Attendance
- Wednesday, October 7
- SAGM: 4:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m.
- $40 per person; cash bar included.
6. Spare Registration (Optional)
- Registered players may spare on the alternate curling day at no extra cost.
- Select “Yes” and list preferred positions on the form.
7. Roster Booklets
- The digital roster booklet will be emailed at the start of the season.
- Printed editions will not be produced.
