We are excited to introduce a new feature designed to make spare booking easier for both teams and players.
The Spare Tracker aims to reduce the number of phone calls and emails required for each game. Spares are listed alphabetically by first name and last initial. Beside each name are numbers indicating the positions they are comfortable playing: 1 = Lead, 2 = Second, 3 = Third, S = Skip.
Draw dates are shown, including AM or PM for Monday games. For each draw, spares will have one of the following symbols:
- ✅ Green checkmark – Available
- ❌ Red X – Booked or not available
- ❓ Question mark – Availability not yet indicated (these spares may still be available and can be contacted directly)
**NEW: To make contacting spares easier, we’ve put together an online list of their email addresses, secured with a password for safety. The password will be sent to all players via Email.

The Tracker is viewable by everyone, but only spares can log in and update their availability using a password. Passwords will be emailed to all registered spares.
