As we prepare for another great season, we ask that one member from each returning team complete the Letter of Intent form between June 1 and June 30, 2026.
Please note:
- Only one form per team is required.
- If your team is returning to both Monday and Wednesday, please submit a separate form for each league day.
- A minimum of two returning players is required for a team to qualify as a returning team.
- No payment is currently required.
Following the July 1 deadline, any remaining spots will be offered to teams on the wait list.
Full Team Registration and Payment will take place August 1–31, 2026.
